Serves 2 + 1 tablespoons olive oil + Jumbo Shrimps + 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and halved lengthways + 40g butter, melted + 1 tablespoon tarragon leaves, chopped Directions: Preheat oven to 390ยบ F. Add the shrimp and asparagus to the tray and drizzle with oil. Roast for 15 minutes. Combine the butter and tarragon and spoon over the shrimp to serve. |
